Hi! My name is Sean. Welcome to my congressional campaign website. I hope you’ll take the time to explore my writings and think about some of the issues that are important to me. I’m running for public office because, like many Americans, I’m increasingly dismayed by what I see happening in our country today. Career politicians have a habit of glossing over the more crucial issues facing our society, preferring to mobilize their base by playing off of our emotional responses to a variety of divisive social issues. In my opinion, it’s time we stopped seeing our fellow countrymen as members of different parties, religions, racial categories, etc. -- and started remembering what truly makes us all Americans: a commitment to the principles of liberty, tolerance, equal rights, and the opportunity for self-improvement.

Is there room in the Democratic Party for a candidate who believes in peace, freedom, self-determination, and a return to the constitutional principles on which our country was founded? Over the next 5 weeks, I’ll do my best to find out. If you live in the 11th district, and are tired of partisan political games, I would love to meet you and hear more about your concerns. Americans of all stripes share similar hopes and dreams - we can work together if we focus on our common goals, rather than on the issues that divide us.
